It’s back and so is our indoor dining!! Lavender lemonade is on the menu til the fall again. I know it’s a holiday weekend and I’m going to do my best to have a good quantity of things like carrot cake and lemony things on hand but Dreary day? Come sit inside with us! We are somewhere between take out only and dine-in ( somethings may come on plates , some may not 🙃 ) but we would love to see you here today! Lots of treats to gaze upon in our supremely un-photogenic case ( th Our chai in the wild. You aren’t the only ones who keep stock at your houses ! On this spring day it’s just the thing to sit outside and sip without a jacket on ! 😘 You know why it tastes different when we make it for you at the cafe? We What do Bhava’s eat to power through long days on her feet ? The mighty kale salad with falafel patties and swapping the tahini dressing for curry dressing! Modifiers to snag this yummy variation now available on our store as well as a sub cur Yesterday was quieter than usual so we made the dining room look like a dining room. This was mostly for ourselves to start feeling like we are a place that serves people in a more complete way than we have been for 2 years. If you want to sit and wa We have so many frosted things today ! Carrot cake, hazelnut mocha cake, funfetti cupcakes, chocolate chip cookie-wiches and vanilla chai whoopie pies . These are all #glutenfree ! Chana Masala on special today ! Hot served with forbidden and brown rice . This is what I would call spicy but Kunja would call not spicy so i’m not sure how hot it is 😂🤣 #glutenfree #vegan #indianfood #vermont Blueberry Lemon Rolls. The spring cousin to our regular cinnamon rolls! Filled with lemon zest, sugar and fresh blueberries and topped with a lemon cream cheese icing! Not gluten free but as ever #vegan. More regular cinnamon rolls coming tomorrow a Reminder: our made to order breakfast and lunch menu is not available today but we do have spring rolls ( after a long winter sleep these may make weekday appearances as we head into the warmer months), and a bunch of ready to go salads ! #vermont A great day to eat outside !! As a reminder our kitchen is closed tomorrow in order that Kunja and I may observe one of our religious holidays. We promised ourselves at the end of last year we would not work on our holy-days in 2022. This is a big s Reminiscent of our rainbow roots omelette of old we have a Red Flannel Hash on special today! A splendid pile of roasted potatoes and beets, tofu, sweet potato, caramelized cabbage, steamed kale, butternut cashew cheese sauce and a piece of toast ! We are open!! This is a blueberry streusel muffin aka our wonderful coffee cake in muffin form. I do this when I need something ready in 30 minutes instead of an hour…. 😆 They are #glutenfree #vegan #nutfree and totally hot out of the oven r Did you know you can get the bountiful bowl as a wrap? I personally can’t get enough this as a salad or a wrap and I keep experimenting with adding different vegetables in it . My personal fave is with falafel and some steamed kale to break up We’ve got cake today !! Cookie monster: chocolate cake with chocolate chip cookie dough baked inside , vanilla buttercream and brownie chunks. All #glutenfree and #vegan . Our kitchen is open with all the yums for breakfast and lunch too! Did anyone else go outside this morning and hear the birds and feel spring creeping fast our way ?
